• How can I make purchases through the Online Store?
    To make purchases in our Online Store you will have to create a new registration by filling out the form available here.
  • Can I exchange/return the ordered items?
    Jovaty Furniture accepts the exchange or return of the items within a maximum period of 14 days from the date of receipt of the order, with the presentation of the respective invoice and provided that they have not been used.
  • How long does it take to deliver the items?
    A delivery period of 15 days is foreseen and may be extended up to 60 days if there is a stockout. However, if you want to receive the products in less time, you should contact the Customer Support service through the email address info@jovaty.pt or our telephone contact.

    The customer will then be contacted by the Jovaty Furniture services, in order to ascertain their availability to receive the products by the delivery service.

    We alert our customers that, due to the current COVID-19 situation, the delivery time may change. However, the customer will be duly contacted if there is any delay.
  • Are prices subject to change?
    Prices and specifications published in the online store are subject to change without notice. The same section also indicates that Jovaty Furniture declines any responsibility for any errors published on the website.
  • How do I receive the order?
    Delivery is made to the address indicated by the customer in his order, or by direct collection at our facilities.
  • How does it works the order picking at our facilities?
    As soon as it is possible to collect your order at our facilities, you will be duly informed via email or phone. The customer will have to be accompanied by proof of order.
    If the order is collected at our facilities, a 10% discount will be applied.
  • Which are the delivery/assembly costs?
    Shipping is free in Portugal. If the pickup of orders is made directly at our facilities, a 10% discount will be applied to your purchase.
    The customer will be able to choose if he prefers that the items are sent already assembled or in a kit, and if he chooses the latter option, a 10% discount will be applied.
  • What are the payment methods?
    You can choose to make your payment using the following methods:
    - Bank transfer
    - Cash/Check
  • Can I cancel my order?
    The customer can only cancel his order as long as it has not yet been shipped. You should check the status of the order and if it is "In Process" there is a possibility of it still being canceled. The cancellation can only be done through our telephone contact (00351) 938843312 (working days from 9AM to 12PM and from 2PM to 7PM) or through the email info@jovaty.pt.
    The cancellation will only be effective after receiving an email from Jovaty Furniture confirming the same.
  • If I have a problem or a question, how should I proceed?

  • What is the warranty of the products I bought?
    All products sold by Jovaty Furniture have the warranty indicated under Portuguese law.
    Warranties do not cover:
    - Normal wear of the material;
    - Deteriorations or accidents resulting from negligent use;
    - Interventions in products;
    - Improper or negligent use of the item.
  • What happens if any item in my order arrives damaged?

    We will proceed to its replacement as soon as possible and at no cost to you. To resolve this issue use the contact form or call Customer Service.

  • What should I do if I receive a different item than the one I ordered?

    We will exchange it for the correct item as soon as possible and at no cost to the customer. To resolve this issue use the contact form or call Customer Service.

  • Do you have a physical store where we can see the items?

    Yes, Jovaty Furniture has a showroom in its facilities, which serve as a showcase for the brand's collections.
